MicroStrategy’s Bold Move

MicroStrategy has taken a significant step to enhance its Bitcoin Treasury, surpassing the 500,000 BTC threshold. The company, now referred to as Strategy, has submitted a filing to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to offer additional shares worth $500 million. The funds raised will be dedicated to acquiring more Bitcoin.
