Biden on Hurricane Helene Aid

(Reuters) – U.S. President Joe Biden stated that a supplemental aid package for those impacted by Hurricane Helene “can’t wait” until after the November 5 election.

“People need help now,” Biden emphasized, noting that Congress is not set to reconvene until after the election.
