Chinese Premier Calls for Economic Action

BEIJING (Reuters) – Chinese Premier Li Qiang stated that China must implement effective measures to tackle domestic economic issues and face external challenges.

Li made these comments during a state council plenum on Wednesday, where he pledged to enhance counter-cyclical adjustments and address significant problems within the country.

He emphasized the need for policymakers to move away from routine practices and introduce measures that yield tangible results.
