Paul Weibel: Thank you, Nathan, and thank you everyone for joining us today. We recently closed the books on our 2024 fiscal year. Despite fiscal year 2024 being a challenging one for 5E, there has been significant progress made.

In June, we announced a capital raise of $10 million, consisting of $4 million direct common equity and $6 million of additional convertible notes. This capital will fund the first phase of the commercial plant engineering program, operations, offtake agreements, and government initiatives.

We have achieved production of 5.5% to 6% boric acid in solution, demonstrating a world-class resource. The optimization plan includes changes to crystallization methods and mining strategies to enhance efficiency and lower operational costs.

J.T. Starzecki: Thanks, Paul. We’ve advanced our customer qualification program and received positive feedback from our initial customers. Our government initiatives include funding applications for support of boron production and inclusion on the USGS Critical Minerals list.

Paul Weibel: We are well-positioned for the next phase of development as we move toward securing project finance, optimizing operations, and finalizing customer negotiations. Thank you for your continued support.
