The Ethereum Foundation’s 10th Anniversary Campaign

The Ethereum Foundation is hosting a global campaign on July 30, celebrating ten years since the Ethereum network’s official launch.

Events will occur in key cities, including Shenzhen and Hong Kong, as part of a broader initiative commemorating a decade of Ethereum’s impact on the cryptocurrency and technology sectors. The milestone is being marked through a global campaign comprising community-led events, as announced by the Ethereum Foundation.

Decentralized Global Celebration

The anniversary will be celebrated through community-driven events supported by the Foundation’s Ecosystem Support Program. Local organizers will conduct these activities, with microgrants issued to promote participation and coordination.

Notable Ethereum co-founders like Mihai Alisie and ConsenSys CEO Joe Lubin are expected to speak at select venues, delivering keynote addresses and participating in panel discussions.

This price surge follows a correction period in late June, when the asset traded below $2,525. Market data from CoinMarketCap indicates a 4.84% rise in Ethereum’s market capitalization over the last 24 hours, reaching $435.68 billion.

Additionally, trading volume has grown by 8.67%, now totaling $56.1 billion. This surge in market activity began on July 3 and gained traction after July 12, leading to a $1,000 rise in just one week.
