OpenAI Raises $6.6 Billion

(Reuters) – OpenAI recently closed a $6.6 billion funding round at a $157 billion valuation. This round highlights the enthusiasm surrounding generative artificial intelligence technology since the startup entered the scene with the launch of ChatGPT in late 2022.

Since then, several AI startups have successfully attracted funding from prominent venture-capital funds and angel investors.
