GSR III Acquisition Corp. (GSRT) IPO Pricing

GSR III Acquisition Corp. (GSRT) announced the pricing of its initial public offering (IPO) of 20,000,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit, totaling gross proceeds of $200,000,000.

The units will be listed on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol GSRTU and will begin trading today. Each unit consists of:
– One Class A ordinary share (the “Class A Ordinary Shares”)
– One-seventh (1/7th) of one right (the “Rights”)

Each whole right will entitle the holder to receive one Class A Ordinary Share upon the completion of an initial business combination. Note that no fractional rights will be issued; only whole rights will trade.
