International Monetary Fund Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva has cautioned that China's annual economic growth may fall to "way below" 4% unless the country implements reforms to stimulate domestic consumption.
Georgieva identified a significant challenge in enhancing consumer confidence in China, primarily stemming from the struggling property sector. She emphasized the need for actions to tackle this issue during a press briefing at the IMF's annual meetings in Washington.
