Infinity Natural Resources (INR) IPO Filing
Infinity Natural Resources (INR) has filed for a proposed IPO.
Company Overview
Infinity Natural Resources describes itself as a growth-oriented, free cash flow generating, independent energy company focused on the acquisition, development, and production of hydrocarbons in the Appalachian Basin. The company aims to create shareholder value through disciplined development of low-risk, highly economical oil and natural gas assets while maintaining a strong and flexible balance sheet.
Growth Strategy
INR has demonstrated its capability to grow its acreage position through organic leasing efforts and accretive acquisitions. It is an early mover in the core of the Utica Shale’s volatile oil window in eastern Ohio, as well as in the emerging dry gas Utica Shale in southwestern Pennsylvania. Furthermore, its Marcellus Shale development overlaps its deep dry gas Utica assets in Pennsylvania, providing significant economic advantages through stacked development inventory that leverages the same company-owned midstream infrastructure.
Land Position
The company has amassed approximately 90,000 net surface acres with exposure to the core of these plays, giving it a unique and balanced portfolio of high-return oil and natural gas drilling locations. This balance enables INR to optimize its development plan across its portfolio and capitalize on changes in commodity pricing over time.
Underwriters
Citigroup, Raymond James, and RBC Capital Markets will serve as underwriters for the IPO.
