IoTeX Launches Open Ecosystem for Physical AI

On July 2, IoTeX, a blockchain platform focused on building an open ecosystem for physical intelligence, announced the launch of an open ecosystem for Physical AI. This initiative combines real-world data from machines, devices, and decentralized systems.

IoTeX provides an infrastructure that connects machines and AI agents to verified, real-time data from physical sources. The objective is to support AI systems that can act and make decisions based on real-world conditions.

At the heart of IoTeX’s AI expansion is the introduction of Realms – evolving, domain-specific knowledge bases of real-time, real-world data that continuously synthesize insights from machines, people, and sensors to generate actionable intelligence in sectors like health, energy, and robotics.

IoTeX plans to release a detailed paper soon, explaining how this ecosystem will function, including technical details, governance plans, and development timelines. The project aims to enable individuals and developers to participate in the future of AI that connects to the real world.
