Metaplanet (3350) has now accumulated 2,100 bitcoin (BTC), holding 0.01% of the total BTC supply of 21 million.

The company purchased 68.59 BTC for $6.6 million at an average price of $96,335 per bitcoin.

According to Dylan Le Clair, Metaplanet raised $20 million in equity capital during the first two days of its “21 million plan”. Additionally, on Feb. 18, they announced a 10-1 stock split scheduled for April 1. This follows a 1-for-10 reverse split made just eight months prior.

Currently, Metaplanet shares have increased by over 1%, trading at 6,260 JPY.
