Mexico's Constitutional Reform

MEXICO CITY (Reuters) – Mexico's Congress will likely pass a constitutional reform to abolish certain autonomous institutions by mid-November, according to the lower house's leader.

The reform "will probably come out some time between Nov. 11 and 14," stated Ricardo Monreal, the lower house leader for the ruling Morena party, during a press conference.
