Netherlands Stocks Rise

Investing.com – Netherlands stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, with gains in the Healthcare, Telecoms, and Basic Materials sectors leading shares upward.

At the close in Amsterdam, the AEX gained 1.43%, hitting a new 1-month high.

ASM International NV (AS:ASMI): rose 3.70% (21.80 points) to 610.80.
ASML Holding NV (AS:ASML): added 2.95% (23.60 points) to end at 823.00.
Universal Music Group NV (AS:UMG): up 2.78% (0.65 points) to 24.02.

Worst Performers

The worst performers included:
Koninklijke Philips NV (AS:PHG): fell 0.47% (0.13 points) to 27.43.
ABN AMRO Group NV (AS:ABNd): declined 0.35% (0.06 points) to 15.59.
