NEW YORK (Reuters) – The Federal Reserve Bank of New York released data Thursday indicating that there is no immediate pressure to halt its balance sheet reduction process.

The bank’s Reserve Demand Elasticity measure remained stable as of January 7, maintaining a reading of -0.04.
