Sei Network Experiences Surge in Transactions

According to data from blockchain analytics platform Nansen, the Sei network has witnessed a remarkable increase in transactions over the past three months. Daily transactions tripled to 1.6 million on June 25, setting an all-time high.

Top Contributing Projects

Among the projects that significantly contributed to the growth of the Sei network in the last 30 days, the standout projects include:
World of Dypians
Nika Labs
EUFT
ERC-4337
Dragon Slither

Increase in Transaction Fees

Sei has particularly drawn attention with its increase in transaction fees. On-chain data from Nansen indicates that Sei v2 has become the fastest growing network proportionally, showing a 1,840% increase in transaction fees, totaling $19,060. This rise indicates that activity on the network is increasingly bearing more economic value.

Comparison with Other Networks

In comparison to other networks:
Ethereum maintained its lead with a 49% increase in transaction fees, reaching $10.19 million.
Arbitrum followed with a 48% increase.
Aptos and Unichain noted fee increases of 35% and 45%, respectively.
– Larger networks like BNB Chain and Base saw a reduction in both transactions and addresses.

Although Solana led in active addresses with 23.5 million, this number dropped by 19% compared to the previous period. In contrast, Avalanche made the most significant leap with an 89% increase in active addresses.
