Pheton Holdings Ltd Announces Initial Public Offering

Pheton Holdings Ltd (PTHL), a healthcare solution provider specializing in treatment planning systems for brachytherapy and related products, today announced its initial public offering (IPO).

Offering Details

  • Shares Offered: 2,250,000 Class A ordinary shares
  • Price: $4.00 per share
  • Gross Proceeds: $9 million (before underwriting discounts and expenses)
  • Additional Shares: Underwriters have a 45-day option to purchase 337,500 additional shares
