Portugal Stock Market Update

Investing.com – Portugal stocks experienced a decline on Wednesday, led by losses in the Industrials, Consumer Services, and Technology sectors.

At the close in Lisbon, the PSI index fell by 0.73%, reaching a new six-month low.

  • Semapa (ELI:SEM): Up 0.41% (0.06 points), trading at 14.84.
  • Mota Engil SGPS SA (ELI:MOTA): Increased 0.32% (0.01 points), ending at 2.49.
  • Galp Energia Nom (ELI:GALP): Gained 0.28% (0.05 points), closing at 16.00.

Worst Performers

  • CTT Correios de Portugal SA (ELI:CTT): Down 2.49% (0.11 points), trading at 4.12.
  • Corticeira Amorim (ELI:CORA): Declined 2.11% (0.18 points), ending at 8.35.
  • The Navigator Company SA (ELI:NVGR): Decreased 1.61% (0.06 points), trading at 3.55.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing stocks on the Lisbon Stock Exchange by 18 to 8, with 5 remaining unchanged. Shares in Corticeira Amorim (ELI:CORA) reached a three-year low, down 2.11% (0.18 points) to 8.35.
