(Reuters) – Software startup ServiceTitan is seeking a valuation of $5.95 billion in its U.S. initial public offering (IPO) by raising its share prices.
Share Price Increase
The company plans to sell 8.8 million shares at a newly raised price range of $65 to $67 each. This adjustment could yield up to $589.6 million, an increase from the previously anticipated $502 million.
Market Context
The Glendale, California-based ServiceTitan will join several venture capital-backed firms going public this year, including Reddit and Rubrik.
Stock Listing
ServiceTitan's shares will be listed on the Nasdaq under the symbol "TTAN."

Leading the 14-firm underwriting syndicate are Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo, and Citigroup.
