South Korea’s Unemployment Rate Record Low

SEOUL (Reuters) – South Korea’s unemployment rate fell in August to a record low of 2.4% on a seasonally adjusted basis, down from 2.5% in July, according to official data released on Wednesday.

This is the lowest rate since the data series began in June 1999, according to Statistics Korea.
