StandardAero IPO Announcement

StandardAero (SARO) has filed for an IPO of 60,000,000 shares priced between $20 and $23 per share.

The company will offer 53,250,000 shares, while selling stockholders will add 6,750,000 shares to the offering.

JPMorgan and Morgan Stanley are the lead underwriters.
