Ukraine Receives $1.35 Billion Grant from the U.S.

KYIV (Reuters) – Ukraine has received a $1.35 billion grant from the United States, which will be allocated towards humanitarian and social programs, as stated by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal on Wednesday.

"It's a vital investment in Ukraine's resilience and global security," Shmyhal mentioned in a post on the X platform.

The Ukrainian finance ministry reported that direct budget support from Ukraine's Western allies has totaled $28.2 billion so far this year.
