Ocean Wilsons sells Wilson Sons stake to MSC for R$4.35 billion

Ocean Wilsons Holdings sold its majority stake in Wilson Sons for R$4.352 billion to MSC's subsidiary, expecting $593 million in net cash after tax and transaction costs.
