Bitcoin Market Analysis by Axel Adler Jr.
Bitcoin researcher Axel Adler Jr. analyzed the latest developments in the cryptocurrency market, asserting that the current bull cycle is built on solid foundations, indicating market maturity.
Bull Cycle Overview
Adler Jr. noted that since the bull cycle initiated in November 2022, Bitcoin has only undergone two significant corrections: a decline of over 30% in August 2024 and April 2025. Following these pullbacks, prices rebounded swiftly to attain new highs. Other periods featured corrections ranging between 10-20%, which served as classic “shake-outs” without disrupting the prevailing uptrend.
Current Market Conditions
The current weekly simple moving average (SMA) decline stands at -7%, while the latest pullback is constrained to -4.7%, suggesting a peaceful consolidation phase within the $100,000 to $106,000 range.
Adler Jr. observed a recurring cycle of “deep correction-accumulation-new rise” in this bull market. The consistent narrowing of retracements signals market maturity. He emphasized that as long as no significant negative news arises, strong support at $96,000 is likely to sustain the bullish trend, potentially leading to new all-time highs (ATH).
BTC Flows on Centralized Exchanges
Another crucial point raised by Adler Jr. was the flows of Bitcoin on centralized exchanges (CEX). The average daily flow (input + output) dropped to 40,000 BTC, marking the lowest level in the last decade. This trend indicates that investors prefer withdrawing their BTC for long-term holding, hinting at a probable liquidity shortage in the market.
Despite the weekly net flow remaining negative at -4,300 BTC (more coins withdrawn than deposited), the 30-day inflow/outflow is similar to levels observed at the end of 2023 and the start of the bull market. Adler Jr. concluded that this data reflects a persistent demand for Bitcoin.
