Shiba Inu (SHIB) Golden Cross Can Happen Soon, First Solana (SOL) Comeback, Ethereum (ETH) Breakthrough Incoming?

Shiba Inu’s Market Prospects

The recent market decline has hindered Shiba Inu‘s ability to regain its bullish momentum. However, technical indicators hint at an impending golden cross formation, which could bolster a robust recovery for SHIB amid uncertainty. After a failed breakout rally, SHIB has consolidated near its recent lows.

Despite trading below crucial moving averages, the asset exhibits resilience by maintaining its support level. Historically, SHIB has demonstrated notable breakouts after extended accumulation, making its current position an appealing entry point for investors. A golden cross, a bullish technical pattern, usually signals a strong buy opportunity. If SHIB continues its slow recovery, this pattern may soon materialize.

The 50-day moving average is nearing the 200-day moving average, which has previously preceded significant uptrends for SHIB. A confirmed crossover could attract more buyers. For SHIB to resume its bullish trend, it must breach critical resistance levels around $0.00001900 and $0.00002100.

Volume remains a significant concern, as a lack of strong buying pressure during recent recoveries may delay a long-term breakout. However, an increase in volume could push SHIB towards higher resistance levels.

Solana’s Potential

After weeks of decline, Solana has seen its first significant price increase in days, indicating a potential reversal. SOL has bounced back above $170, signaling a shift in sentiment post a drop of nearly 45% from its local peak. It faces immediate resistance around $189, coinciding with its 200-day moving average.

Selling pressure typically escalates within the $203-$210 resistance zone. A breakthrough this level could confirm a trend reversal. Current support for SOL is near $165, which has transitioned from a resistance zone to a support area during prior uptrends.

If SOL fails to maintain its position, a retest of the $150-$155 range may occur, potentially slowing the recovery. A marginal increase in buying pressure suggests renewed interest among investors, and the Relative Strength Index (RSI) supports a short-term rebound as it recovers from oversold levels.

Despite the short-term bullish potential, the lack of strong bullish volume leaves a complete breakout unconfirmed. Market dynamics, particularly the behaviors of Ethereum and Bitcoin, will also influence Solana’s recovery trajectory.

Ethereum’s Stabilization

Ethereum shows signs of stabilizing above the $2,700 mark, suggesting an imminent breakout. However, it remains in a precarious state, struggling to regain essential moving averages that could dictate its next significant move. Although it’s risen over 1% in the last day, ETH’s price is still significantly below recent highs.

Resistance levels at $3,000 and $3,100 could hinder a full recovery, even as recent volume increases indicate growing market interest. On the downside, $2,600 acts as a critical support area; a failure to hold this level raises the likelihood of declines toward $2,400 or even $2,200.

For a successful breakout, Ethereum needs to surpass the 50-day moving average, currently around $3,000. A rise above this mark would signal bullish momentum, potentially paving the way for midterm targets of $3,300 or $3,500. Conversely, failure to overcome resistance may lead to additional declines, especially if negative market conditions persist.

At present, the RSI is neutral, indicating that neither buyers nor sellers dominate. Ethereum remains in consolidation, and while a breakthrough may be imminent, strong resistance persists. The future of ETH largely hinges on how the market reacts to macroeconomic events combined with the overall sentiment in the cryptocurrency sector.
